All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Ready to answer question and provide advice. Good range of glasses. Never usually have to wait a long time when I’ve booked an appointment.

Went in for an eye test, all done and seen on time and very thorough. My only criticism was the constant pressure of like up sell.... Have you considered contact lens / how about contact lens / glare free lens and and and.... I came for an eye test all I want for now is an eye test. When I have the frames in hand maybe discuss then 🤷‍♂️. On top of that had 3 emails, 2 txt messages and a phone call for my appointment talk about over kill.

Nice, friendly optician who shows absolute professionalism and honesty, letting me know that the prescription was very close to my current glasses and what I needed was a pair for computer use. As my glasses would be varifocals of high spec with high grade thinning, this have saved me hundreds of pounds.

I would like to thank Arman Brar for referring me in April to Newmedica for replacement of cataracts in both eyes. I had my new sight test in August with Arman and now have single vision lens going from --13.75 to -1.25 in my right eye and -11.00 to -2.25 in my left eye. I am so very pleased with the whole experience - thank you to both Specsavers and Newmedica!
